Yes, all of our cufflinks are gift wrapped.  Your cufflink box is presented in a beautiful Miss Links cufflink gift box.

Postage is free to addresses within Australia.

Delivery to international addresses:

  • Postage is free for international orders over A$200.

  • Postage is a flat rate of $15 for international orders under A$200.

  • Your order will be sent via Australia Post and delivery is tracked.

All prices are in Australian Dollars. Prices are correct effective June 2014 and are subject to change without notice.

Please note that our postage does not include possible taxes and duties that may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.

Postage is free for Australian orders and for international orders over A$200.

You are fully protected when shopping online with Miss Links. The payment process is heavily encrypted to protect your private credit card information. We invest in the best tools available to ensure our site is totally safe and secure.

Most of our orders are dispatched within 24 hours and we guarantee dispatch within three working days of receiving your order. Within Australia you can expect delivery within three to five working days. Delivery dates for international customers will vary depending on local postage services.

We understand that your purchased cufflinks may not match your intended shirt, or may be not quite to your taste. If it’s a gift, or if the cufflinks aren’t quite what you need, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange service.

Simply contact us through info@misslinks.com or call 0418 325 969 within 14 days to arrange a return of your cufflinks and we will exchange them for another pair from our range to the same value. Customers are responsible for return postage and we pay for delivery of the replacement item.

If you would like an exchange, let us know your desired replacement cufflinks and we will hold them for you during the returns process.

We take great care in our goods and packaging so we certainly hope you never receive a faulty product from us. However, if this does occur please contact us at info@misslinks.com or call 0418 325 969 to arrange an exchange or refund.

It would be highly unlikely that your cufflinks will be unavailable. However if this occurs, we will notify you and you can either wait for replacement cufflinks, choose an alternative style or receive an immediate refund.

Our cufflinks are very sturdy and scratch resistant, so minimal care is required. Every Miss Links cufflinks comes with a polishing cloth specifically designed to keep your cufflinks clean. Give your cufflinks a quick wipe with the cloth every time you take them off. But if you’re too busy for that, simply clean them every couple of months – as you would with jewellery. It is safe to use commercial jewellery cleaning products on your Miss Links cufflinks.

Here’s our top three care tips:

  1. Take your cufflinks off your shirts before using the washing machine and dryer

  2. Don’t store your cufflinks mixed up in a box with other jewellery items, (they’ll all scratch each other)

  3. If your cufflinks get dirty, clean them with gentle detergent and water straight away —don’t use any harsh or abrasive cleaners

 

We do not offer an engraving service, however it is safe for you to have your Miss Links cufflinks professionally engraved. Cufflinks that have been engraved will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Your privacy is important to us. We collect your personal information only to assist us in providing the cufflinks you have purchased. All your personal information is kept strictly secure and confidential and is not shared with any third parties. Our cufflinks are made using .925 sterling silver and are rhodium plated to prevent tarnishing.  We use Swarovski crystals and pearls in our designs.  Each piece has been designed in Melbourne, proto typed in Sydney and each one is individually hand made, set and polished overseas.

We only produce 20 pieces in each design to ensure the designs remain unique and individual.

Gift Certificate FAQs

Your gift certificate is emailed to your specified email address. You can have it sent to yourself or emailed to the recipient.

Yes, when you purchase the gift certificate you will be prompted to specify a date when the gift certificate is sent to the recipient.

No, we only offer gift certificate delivery via email. You can have it emailed to yourself and print it at home if you would like to present a paper certificate.

You can purchase any item from the Miss Links range of cufflinks, to the value of your gift certificate. You cannot purchase more gift certificates.

It’s easy to shop with a Miss Links gift certificate. First, create an account with Miss Links. Then activate your gift certificate. Simply choose your desired cufflinks, and proceed to the checkout where you can make payment via gift certificate. You can pay any outstanding balance via credit card.

The gift certificate is valid for twelve months from the activation date. This is the date you register and activate the gift certificate, not the date it was purchased.

The remainder will still be available to you to purchase from the Miss Links range, subject to the expiry date.

Simply log in and visit the gift certificate page to check the outstanding balance on your gift certificate.

Yes, provided the gift certificate has not been redeemed, you are able to cancel it. Contact us at info@misslinks.com to arrange cancellation of your gift certificate.
